Scorecard

Our promises, measured

We say there are no hidden fees and that the price you accept is the price you pay. This page measures it. Where we haven't enough real activity to measure something, it says so — an empty figure is more useful to you than a flattering one.

Measured in the last hour from our own records. Counts only — no traveller detail is used or shown.

Trips planned and saved

1

Door-to-door plans travellers chose to keep.

What good looks like: Grows as travellers use us.

Trips confirmed at a locked total

0

A traveller accepted a total and asked us to arrange it.

What good looks like: Grows as travellers commit.

Quoted total matched at checkout

Not enough data yet

Every payment is built from the traveller's own locked total, so the price at payment is the price they accepted. This measures it rather than asserting it.

What good looks like: 100% — any drift is a defect, not a fee.

Payments that completed

Not enough data yet

Of the payments started, how many went through.

What good looks like: Above 95%.

Support conversations

0

Questions and complaints travellers raised with us.

What good looks like: Low relative to trips — and every one answered.

Support conversations resolved

Not enough data yet

Of those raised, how many were closed as resolved.

What good looks like: Above 95%.

What we refuse to measure by

  • No review scores until reviews come from travellers whose trip we actually arranged — and never edited, never bought, never incentivised.
  • No "customers served" number invented for marketing. The counts above are the counts.
  • No selective window. These figures cover everything since we started, not a flattering slice.
