How we earn money

You should never have to guess how a travel company is paid. Here is ours, in plain language: suppliers pay us, you do not.

Commission from the suppliers we book

When you book a stay, a transfer, a train, a flight or a ticket through us, the supplier pays us a share of that booking โ€” the standard way travel works. It comes out of their side, which is why your total is the same as booking direct.

Trips we arrange end to end

On a full door-to-door trip we put many suppliers together into one journey and stand behind the whole thing. We are paid on each part we arrange, and the complete-trip total you approve is the total you pay.

Extras you actually asked for

Bags, car seats, transfers, insurance, event tickets and activities are priced openly as their own lines. Nothing is pre-ticked, and removing one always lowers the total.

Our planning engine, sold to others later

Nobody else plans a whole door-to-door journey the way our engine does. In time we can license that to other travel businesses โ€” income that does not come from travellers at all.

Four things we will never do

  • No booking fee, no service fee, no payment surcharge. The price at the moment you decide is the price you pay.
  • No paid ranking. A supplier cannot pay to appear higher in your results; the order is decided by the journey.
  • No invented urgency. No "1 left at this price" unless a supplier genuinely tells us so.
  • No hidden currency mark-up. If we convert, we show the rate and what the conversion cost.

Where this stands today

No supplier account is live yet, so nothing on the site can be bought and no commission is being earned. Prices you see are labelled as estimates. When suppliers connect, this page is updated before anything is sold.
