The rules for using Waypoint Travel, and what we do and do not promise.

1. Who we are

Waypoint Travel ("Waypoint Travel", "we", "us") is operated by Zewss Acquisitions Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Waypoint Travel, at 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731-4299, United States. You can reach us at partners@travel-waypoint.com or through the contact page.

By using Waypoint Travel you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Waypoint Travel does

Waypoint Travel plans door-to-door journeys. It combines the whole trip — the ride to the airport, flights, trains, ferries, coaches, transfers, the last mile and your stay — into ranked options with a complete-trip cost and an assessment of how tight each connection is.

Waypoint Travel is a planning and information service. Every figure shown is produced by our own routing engine from the inventory available to it. Where a figure is an estimate rather than a provider-confirmed price, it is labelled as an estimate in the interface.

3. What Waypoint Travel is not

Waypoint Travel does not currently sell, reserve or issue travel, and we do not take payment. A connected fare-shopping provider may return practice inventory or current airline offers for comparison, clearly labelled by mode; this does not give Waypoint Travel booking or ticketing access. Sending a trip request does not create a booking, hold, option or reservation of any kind, and no availability is guaranteed.

When booking becomes available, Waypoint Travel will act either as agent for the supplier or as principal for a package, and the role will be stated clearly at the point of sale together with the applicable consumer protections.

4. The travel assistant is an AI

The helpers you can talk to on Waypoint Travel — in chat or by voice — are artificial intelligence, not people. When you are talking to one, you are talking to software.

An AI helper can explain your trip options and answer questions about them. Every figure, time, price and connection it mentions comes from our own routing engine or from a provider response — the assistant does not invent prices, availability or bookings, and it cannot create a reservation.

If an AI answer and a figure shown on the page ever disagree, the figure on the page is the one to trust. Please tell us through the support page if you spot a disagreement.

5. Reviews and content you post

Where the service lets you write a review of a trip or a place, the review must describe your own genuine experience, must not be written for payment or reward unless we say so, and must not contain unlawful, defamatory or promotional material.

We may remove a review that breaks these rules. Writing a review gives Waypoint Travel a non-exclusive right to display it alongside the relevant trip or place, until you delete it.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including names, ages of children, dates and contact details. Airlines and rail operators price and carry passengers by age, and incorrect details can invalidate travel.

You are responsible for passports, visas, entry permissions, health requirements and insurance. Requirements depend on your nationality and route, and Waypoint Travel does not verify them for you.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to submit a trip request.

7. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, copy, resell or systematically extract Waypoint Travel content, interfere with the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use Waypoint Travel for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend access where use threatens the security, integrity or availability of the service.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Closing an account removes your saved trips and trip requests.

9. Intellectual property

Waypoint Travel, its routing engine, its written city guides, its interface and its brand are owned by the operator and protected by copyright and related rights. Illustrative photography is used to show a style of accommodation and is labelled as illustrative; it does not depict a specific property.

Third-party trade marks — carriers, operators, ride-hailing services, accommodation brands — remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.

10. Liability

Waypoint Travel provides planning information with reasonable care and skill. Because we do not operate transport or accommodation, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of carriers, operators, accommodation providers or transfer companies.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on an estimated figure that the interface identified as an estimate. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the interface, and the date at the top of this document will change.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of the State of Texas, United States have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections available under the law of your own country of residence.
